Midsummer Yoga Retreat
The Midsummer Yoga Retreat is a perfect opportunity for you to take some time for yourself among like minded people, and nourish your body and soul with our program of events and freshly prepared meals.
The very first retreat at Haw Wood Farm is suitable for both those with Yoga experience and also beginners.
The retreat is limited to 20 people either in individual tents or sharing. There are 8 electric hook up points available. Accommodation is not provided. You will need to provide your own tent or Van.
We have a dedicated meadow for our retreat at Haw Wood Farm which is surrounded by fields and wildlife and is just a few miles from the gorgeous Suffolk beaches.
We will be holding both Meditation and Yoga classes in the mornings followed by a variety of sessions in the afternoon and evening . These sessions are not compulsory and maybe selected according to your preference.
We are lucky enough to have two fantastic teachers who will bring their expertise to our retreat and guide you through two magical days.
Both Caroline and Vanessa have a wealth of experience in mindfulness, meditation and self-healing as well as holding their own regular Yoga classes in Suffolk, Spain, London and Essex.
Vanessa Lee teaches Vinyasa flow Yoga to upbeat music. She puts emphasis on self healing, self empowerment, self love, kindness, positivity and fun by transforming energy within the body. She loves teaching beginners, right through to advanced levels, and also mentors Yoga teachers in training.
Vinyasa flow is an energetic branch of modern Yoga that stems from the teachings of Krishnamacharya- 'The Father of modern Yoga'.
Vanessa also teaches meditation, is a Reiki master and Shamanic Arts Practitioner.
Caroline is a yoga teacher, life coach, meditation + mindfulness-based stress reduction enthusiast, recipe developer and an ambassador of self love and self belief, Caroline embraces the Well And Healthy Lifestyle.
Offering private and corporate classes in addition to wellbeing workshops and monthly events, Caroline encourages a practice of self-care and kindness in her teachings to allow each and every person to discover a true sense of balance and self-worth.
Relax, recharge, focus and breathe your way through nourishing yoga flows that will allow the body to move with the rhythm of the breath, allowing the mind to become still, bringing you to the present moment, creating a sense of complete equanimity.
Trained in Vinyasa Flow under the teachings of Michael James Wong and Emily Clare Hill at Frame Academy in London, Caroline uses her classes and events to help people discover balance in their lives from nourishing themselves from the inside out.
The cost of the event is £220 including camping, classes and meals. Payments must be made in full to secure your place.
