Coronavirus information

We are pleased to say that we are now fully open, including our toilets, shower blocks and wash-up facilities. We are operating with the same capacity restrictions and distancing regulations as Summer 2020.

Although the Government has removed all legal COVID regulations, here at Haw Wood Farm we have considered the saftey of our staff and our more vulnerable customers and we will not yet be removing all of our COVID regulations. We will continue with the regular cleaning of our Bathrooms and although you will have access to all the sinks and cubicles, we ask that sensible distancing is observed and the bathrooms do not get over crowded. All staff will still be required to wear face coverings in the shop and PPE during the cleans, and we request that you also continue to wear face coverings in our small shop and when appropriate in the bathrooms and wash up area. We regret that we still request that no visitors are invited to Haw Wood Farm. We can only accept our booked guests so that we can be sure we are not exceeding numbers we feel we can keep safe. Please do not invite friends and family to join you onsite.

Please read the following information carefully before you begin your journey to Haw Wood Farm.

In the event of cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions or for self-isolation, a full refund will be given. As an alternative you may also transfer your booking to another date. Where the new booking dates are a higher price, the additional prevailing rate for the stay will be due. This rebooking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions. It is not available for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.

3.Onsite behaviour
We will expect everyone onsite to adhere to the recommended Social Distancing rules and the current regulations. There will be markers around the common areas, but it is your responsibility to maintain a safe distance between you and your neighbours at your pitch. Anyone who we consider to be flouting these rules and causing a danger to themselves and other guests will be asked to leave immediately and without any refund.

4.Playground
We want to be able to keep your children as safe as we can. The entrance area will be fenced so that on entering, children will pass by a hand sanitising station. There may be a limit on the number of children in the park at any one time and we may need to impose a time restriction. There will also be hand sanitising on exiting the play area, although we also suggest washing hands at this point. It is your responsibility to supervise your children and ensure they follow these instructions. The play area may be subject to closure at any time either temporarily for cleaning or permanently if we feel necessary.
